Very good on your setup, likely consider to have backup program and add a reliable adblocker to eliminate the scripts as you browse in the internet.

I would enable UAC , because it is the only things working at kernel level. Then you are good to go.
I would also advise to turn UAC on, otherwise nice light weight config welcome to MT.

i use AdGuard.
About the UAC suggestions. I will not enable it! even uac can be bypassed easly. so if u are advanced enough there is realy no need for uac. and even when all security softs are bypassed. i simply make a backup from my external hdd.
