See these numbers :p , Avast and Bitdefender are over 300MB. Lasts me the question why ?

* Also reinstalled my Win 11 pro laptop fresh, so no traces of any old AV present anymore.
* The smoothness of the system is great. No slowdowns or lagging.

Bitwarden ---- > Norton Password Manager

I switched because i have active subscription for Norton and after testing i found out the intergration and auto fill on websites is way better with Norton.
Also i like the Unlock the vault approval with my phone before can use the vault in the browser.

RAM usage doesn't indicate anything these days. What's 300MB to 16GB+ RAM? Using more RAM is actually better.

I have 8GB, just use old laptops ( i dont care anything about fast fancy new computers ) I will never spend more than 350-400 euro on a laptop or phone.
I think he is trying to tell you 300 mb is not much now days when almost all systems have higher amounts of ram than they used to years ago.

He is correct that using more ram is good, it increases indexing speeds substantially, makes for a faster smoother system.

Besides what's the point of having all that ram if you don't use it.

This is my topic and i have 8GB so why do we talk about 16GB ? I dont care if its good or not. I dont care about computers at all, we just need them now a days.

I just need a laptop thats running fine and no issues. Norton never gives me any issues. I boot the laptop like 3x a week. No time to play around.
