Hello Kadas21. I liked reading your configuration, and I've liked ESET too!
I'll second Silversurfer's suggestions, particularly CCleaner!

• CCleaner Free http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download There is also a portable version I've installed (extracted onto an external flash drive) offered under "Builds" at the bottom of the page.

2 x64 Bit Gecko engined Mozilla sourced (Firefox-like) browsers I use and recommend are

1. Pale Moon www.palemoon.org
2. Cyberfox www.8pecxstudios.com

Since you are already familiar with VMs, you may already know about sandboxing, a free and safer way to browse.

I highly recommend the extension we use most at home, LastPass.
