Advice Request Kaspersky 19.0.0.1088 patch B

yea. That's why I'm surprised. Most likely because of voodooshield this is going on. btw, it's happening recently though I'm using VS & KIS for a while.Probably,some kinda minor conflict. It happens time to time, most likely a new update is causing it.Hope,they will resolve it soon.
I believe is caused by VS as I've had the same problem recently on my desktop (which has VS but not Kaspersky installed).

If you unticked "release resources to the operating system...", try putting a tick in it. Maybe it will help?

As Local Host pointed out it's VS related,I think kaspersky's that feature has nothing to do with this. btw,I've noticed VS started disabled after a black screen event. Most likely Kaspersky did it or VS did it on its own.
