Advice Request Kaspersky 2019 Firewall

Can somebody help me with Kaspersky 2019 problem. Why i cannot access network function in firewall? It show information about network unavailable.

Hum so strange :unsure: check if You have the most updated version of NetFrameWork...

Do You have any other security tools or applications running alongside K2019?

How do You connect to INet? WiFi, wire,...?

Which product KIS/KTS2019? does it have patch A installed?

Version of W10? fully updated to RS4?
 
Try right clicking your connection and using Windows Solve network problems wizard... Windows just loves to corrupt networks in some machines. I had similar problems in two of my family's notebooks.
 
If you are using the latest Windows 10 v1803 the possibility of OS issue can't be ruled out. v1803 have known issues with some anti viruses at the moment.
 
I even set my KTS2019 with stronger and more complicated tweaks... so those tweaks should not damage Your K2019...

But I have "scan of encrypted connections" upon request, and also TAM disabled, because I "emulate" part of its behavior making some changes in Application Control...

I only have 2 new ideas for Your issue:

1.- Uninstall and re install again the product.

2.- Contact to Kaspersky Support: https://center.kaspersky.com/
