I have seen that this URL has been up since 2013 and as digital1234 has stated, there is no public code. For me, I also believe that the codes are given in turn for a promo offered by Kaspersky (not free internet offers).

The links in post #13 apply only to customers who have purchased a License from Kaspersky.If you did not purchase a license(s) then you cannot use these links.

This link still works for KIS 2013 http://promo.kaspersky.com/forzakis
If you are not in the US then you must use a US proxy.You will probably need a US proxy to activate it also if you are activating it from somewhere outside the US.Once activated you should be able to upgrade to the latest version of KIS.
Should be easy enough to obtain one but if you absolutely cannot get one I can assist you
