Solved Kaspersky Anti-Virus disappears

New info about this question have been sent us today (Mods in Kaspersky Community):

Kaspersky Anti-Virus product will disappear and users will be migrated to Kaspersky Standard, from the new version K21.9 MR9:

They plan to drop this edition in the future. Those who have already purchased a license for it -> will continue to use it.

Kaspersky is updating their infrastructure (in progress) to make this migration possible from new version 21.9

Just curious,
The price of KAV was relatively cheap at the beginning,
but now allow to upgrad to the Standard version.

For users who spent more money to buy KIS at the beginning,
they are also allow to upgrad to the Standard version.
It seems unfair to those who paid more money to buy it in the first place ?

This reminds me of the previous Emsisoft ,
they combine Anti-Malware and Internet Security ,
two product lines of different grades (prices) are merged .

But in order to compensate those who bought Internet Security in the first place to pay more,
So to compensate all Internet Security users for 1.5 times the license time,
E.g. One-year KEY becomes one and a half years, and so on.

Maybe Kaspersky needs to consider,
compensation for KIS users ?

I have experienced the new news! KAV, that's my Basic product, was converted to Standard after one play. I logged out of COD and was greeted with the message: welcome to Standard.
I'm very unhappy about this move, because I was happy with Basic, so KAV. I don't like having something forced in my face that I don't want.

although the version is displayed as Standard,
but some functions was disappear,
such as firewall, system monitoring, anti-phishing .

However, those KIS users or using KIS license ,
upgrade to Standard still retain these functions.

Not sure about the accuracy of the message,
maybe those users whose KAV allows upgrading to Standard can check it out.

I also got the full functionality of Standard. KAV has been licensed to Standard, but all the modules are turned on and working that are in Standard.

Ineed the situation is chaotic ,
some user report direct install the standard version (21.9.x) than active by KAV license , it show as standard version ,
but some function was missing.
Some user report they already had install the KAV in system ,
and didn't remove the old version , just direct upgrade to standard version , all function will show out (full standard).

One can only suspect that Kaspersky himself is now in a state of policy confusion,
Many upgrade policies or specifications are unclear.
And it seems that it has been constantly revised, making everyone confused about the situation.

If you are using a KFree 21.9 not focused in Your country region, probably You can't activate the new free version.

Which Global installer did You download?

Try these steps:

1. Download kavremover utility: Removal tool for Kaspersky applications (kavremover)
and save it on the root of C: disk.

2. Run the command prompt as Administrator: and copy or type the following command:

"C:\kavremvr.exe" -nodetect

!!!Note!!!: you can use another path but it must be in quotes, it is necessary to run this file from C:\Windows\System32
This is the default folder of the command prompt when you run it under Administrator.

3. Run kavremover for all Kaspersky products that have ever been installed on your PC.

Then try to install the software again.
