I want to know if i install kaspersky free and then take the moth to test KIS can i rollover to free or have to reinstall again?

in 2019 version when you are unistalling kis or kts or ... it will offer you to install kaspersky free . not sure about 2018.

Yes i refer 2019 i install kfa then upgrade to kis and then want to downgrade to kfa if it not convincg me. You solve my cuestion
