This is how I got my licence:
1. Using CyberGhost vpn and select USA ip address.
2. Using scriptblock addons for chrome.
3. Visit the promo page as per OP.
4. Enter details and @gmail works
5. Check your Email with activation code and software link.
6. Download and Install the KIS.(At the time of installation, I swith back to usa ip)
7. Successfully activate and restart the PC.
8. Updated using local ip and running awsome.
