For promo and trial key, you cannot add to either of them as it is not allowed. Also to remind you all, once you have activated either 91days promo keys or trial key, do not add valid legit key to the system. It will remove your promo or trial key but take the 1-year legit key instead. Do remember that, as I have faced with this problem.

No, there is only 90 days. There was a great giveaway for the students of North Carolina. They offered 3 year key for KIS but the university email required to get a key.

As I remember, they are trial keys not commercial. It means that you will have to remove kaspersky thoroughly (cleaning registry...) every 3 months. Otherwise, it doesn't allow to extend the trial period

Reinstalling Kaspersky products is a difficult process. Some people are able to reinstall it quite easily and for some it really becomes a nightmare. Download and run Kaspersky Removal Tool, not Kaspsersky Virus Removal Tool. It cleans the leftovers, also you may have to run KRT and reboot a few times, but it works. Remember its KRT not KVRT.
BTW does any one knows whether there is a new Kaspersky updater that can update 2015 products, the Russian forum is the best place to find it. They have better info about the latest products.
