Solved Kaspersky Malware Analyst not responding

I submitted them a sample. I think it's malware but I want to hear the pros. I have yet to hear back. If they run my email, they'll see I've been a paying customer for years. What's up with Malware Analyst not responding? What a effin joke.

I wasn't logged in but I did leave my email. Don't they check if one's a paying customer? My email makes it obvious.

OK I just clicked on View Matches and these don't appear malicious. Those services are to be stopped if it's a crack.
