while you are able to get the licence but can't activate it ,i have licence of KP from last year i got normally through marketplace but i can't be activate licence due to region limitation that i don't know at that time,i am using cyber ghost at that time to fool KP but they cut the internet connection,if i use a CG

No, I am in Australia and I used my natural IP (valid download). So I don't think that is the problem.
