Kaspersky has released for BETA testing on their forums Kaspersky Rescue Disc 10.0.30.17.You can dowload this build from here.

The list of fixed issues:

161665: SUPPORT:Forum:Boot: Can not boot from the DVD drive asus DRW-1814BL
162386: SUPPORT:Forum: Boot: RD doesn't load in all modes.
163546: SUPPORT: Forum: Boot: RD 10.0.30.12 does not boot
163708: [HW] Graphical mode doesn't work with ASUS ATI RADEON HD 6670 videocard
164067: SUPPORT:Forum: high CPU usage (plymouthd)
161708: SUPPORT:Forum: Console (tty1) doesn't work
158270: [RD] Incorrect day/time format in tray.
163496: [Forum] Konqueror cannot access URLs without protocol prefix
fixed boot from USB

and other fixes.
Please try to install Beta Build and post results and configuration (example: pass - Core2Duo/SATA/NTFS/ Win7_EE_x64) also please check work with the network (internet) and post results, type of connection (VPN, PPTP and etc.) and configuration (example: pass - L2TP/Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC )
