Kasperswky removed liberwolf

Anyone else running librewolf that had kaspersky remove it recently?
Kaspersky says its performing activity charac of malware and cites PDM:Trojan.Win32.Bazon.a

I updated my LW also yesterday without issues, I also executed the new versions and no detections in my KES 12.8

I gave F-Secure a run a couple of weeks ago to see where they were at & that kept having a go at Wolf despite me telling it to leave Wolf alone, but with ESET no problems.

That is strange, kaspersky even blocks me from downloading librewolf - i am stunned. But i mean if u look at the link i posted, even in that link it says it finds a trojan. Why does it happen to me and not to you . That is just strange.

I also executed the new versions and no detections from Kaspersky. I think you have downloaded something wrong.

How? I downloaded from librewolf site itself. But it was after the librewolf native update updated the software that this happened...so technically i didnt download it myself, the updater popped up and said do you want to update i said yes. then a few hours later kaspersky removed the program...then i re-downloaded the executables from librewolf site to check and kaspersky flagged those too - so I didn't even technically download anything myselfm it was done by the updater.

To be clear this is the link i used yesterday to try re-downloading it but kaspersky blocked it, but now its working, kaspersky is no longer blocking:

Update, i just tried re-downloading and re-installing from the same link (https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/.../librewolf-137.0.1-1-windows-x86_64-setup.exe)

No issues this time kasperksy did not block link or the executable. It was a false positive I guess, but interesting that the same software can react differently to different people's environments...

I usually update LW via the LW WinUpdater Tool.
