KB3201845 and strange service, help

i have updated windows 10 to KB3201845 , now my windows 10 is Build 14393.479

the problem, now i have strange service like

UserDataSvc_38f42 ,UnistoreSvc_38f42,PimIndexMaintenanceSvc_38f42,WpnUserService_38f42,OneSyncSvc_38f42,cdpusersvc_38f42

all finish with _
strange , can you please compare to your windows 10 pro 64bit legit
i'm the only user , local administrator

The _38f42 is normal too (for me its with other hex numbers)
Only CDPUserSvc is running (I stopped the others )

UnistoreSvc:
User Data Storage (UnistoreSvc) Service Defaults in Windows 10.
The Unistore Services belong to the Windows store. Looks like the store installs App-Updates. In the store option you can turn off the automatic update

PimIndexMaintenanceSvc:
Indexes contact data for fast contact searching. If you stop or disable this service, contacts might be missing from your search results.

is svchost.exe -k UnistackSvcGroup. Looking at that with Process Explorer, under the Services tab of the Properties of that process
Its part of: Connected Devices Platform Service
CDP Service itself says: This service is used for Connected Devices and Universal Glass scenarios
Its c:\windows\system32\cdp*.dll cdp.dll cdprt.dll cdpusersvc.dll cdprefernce.exe

I have the same message
A double click open the window with details :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k UnistackSvcGroup,​

black viper is offline forever ?
seems offline and I have no idea if it is forever (it is not the first time it occurred)

mine is in my native language , but the translation is incomrensible

In green : when a deactivation has been applied by O&O ShutUp10.
(red = like "warning !", in their app)

Therefore:

- on the first screenshot, "the telemetry is off?" => yes
- on the second screenshot the "telemetry of the application is on yes?" => yes (=not deactivated by O&O ShutUp10)​

I tested with all three possibilities (green yellow red) and "undo all changes",
each time : all settings was deactivated by the O&O ShutUp10 (I mean : was put in red)

If we don't make restore point, I think "undo all change" deactivates (=not apply) all settings that can be handle by O&O ShutUp10

All was set as red warning

But there is each time this windows:

"It is possible that no all setting can be reset..."
