I don't understand why multiple encryption algorithms are needed, though. AES-256 is most likely beyond practical cracking; it's the password (and KDF) that is usually the weak point, along with vulnerable implementations.

AES 256 is the industry standard, but the other two are almost equally strong.
PeaZip apply a sequential encryption alogrithms, meaning that to crack, the hacker has to breach each one of the three, one by one.

True; PeaZip is the second strongest one after Keepassxc; I use a long password with mixture of letters, numbers, and symbols; good luck with cracking using quantum computing.

Keepassxc uses AES 256 and Argon2; PeaZip uses AES 256 also (in addition to two extra encryption alogrithms) and scrypt (the second rank in strength for KDF after Argon2, both are stronger than PBKDF2 used by 7-Zip and Winrar).
It is not only about encryption.

In the case of Sticky Password

Our technology is trusted by Intel®.

Sticky Password worked closely with Intel® to integrate Software Guard Extensions (Intel® SGX) that store sensitive data inside hardware-encrypted enclaves directly in the CPU.

If your computer runs on a 7th Gen Intel® Core™, or newer processor, your critical data gets even more protection even if an attacker gets full control of your device.

You are not afraid that the hacker will use your MT account to scam us into installing questionable "security" software?
I use only MD; earlier, kind members of MT (not hackers of course 😂) offered keys for K premium and McAfee; I thanked them and declined the kind offer; I use either MD or a free solution.

If it happens and you like it, I'll send you a license.
🤣 This will always happen on SIG. Interests will trigger downloading and installing. Resistance may not be futile, but may be exceedingly hard.
