Should I use Webroot alongside with ESET or just Webroot alone?

Webroot is light as ESET, so you can successfully use both of them.

I believe ESET alone is enough. Since it has detection of PUP's its a great piece of software that comes in handy. Comeon i dont need to tell you all these, indeed u already know it right.

Thanks man! Webroot is indeed lighter than ESET. But overall ESET is still better.

You can use webroot as on-demand scanner and ESET as realtime if you want

avast! Premier or ESET NOD32?

I'm not super familiar with the paid versions of avast! but if they are similar to the free version, ESET is far better. Much higher detection rate.

Avast Free vs Pro/Suite/Premier, the detection / protection levels are the same. The additional Manual Sandbox and others features such as Auto-Software Updater aren't even considered useful, as no one uses them. Nor encouraged by avast! when you install their paid products, apart from a few desktop shortcuts. So OOBE for Avast Paid is same as Free Antivirus.
