Hmmm, I haven't installed any VM yet, but after the last installation of programs I stated, it suddenly slowed down, should I just remove some of the programs and retain my main scanners?

Just reboot maybe a process is hogging RAM. If still slow do a scan.

I tried to reboot several times, now I'm scanning using Zemana first

I'd choose add more ram
But if only those programs, why your system is slow... a bit strange.

I checked the performance monitor, the ram is almost full, with chrome hogging most of the ram, but after I cleared it once, ram usage was still above three

You should not run out of RAM using those software's something else must be wrong.

Hmmmm, if the PC has been on for about 3-4 days with only minimal reboots and restarts, would that increase ram usage?

You posted above that you had rebooted several times so that is not likely to be the problem.

How much ram usage at the moment and also check processes which is using a lot ram in background..

*other than chrome.

So far hitman removed some threats yay, hopefully by a little rest this will get faster, thanks yall!

Sometimes Windows operation tends to consume RAM usage that is intensive even though you haven't run a lot of programs and usually reboot eliminates immediately the culprit.

Security product should not pinpoint immediately, probably other programs you installed before run continuously on background task.
