You can add ondemand scanner like zemana, emsisoft emergency kit or hitman pro.
May i know what AV did you use? What browser did you use? And what extension for your browser did you install?

@LaweiTech: I tagged temporally Your config as Caution.

Please consider:

- To use a system image back solution as Macrium Reflect or AOEMI Backupper, both are free and reliable.
- Add extensions: uBlock Origin and HTTPS EveryWhere to Your browser
- Add some on demands scanners: ZAM Free, MBAM Free, Norton Power Eraser, EmsiSoft Emergency Kit.
- Also consider to use a different security product (then Windows Defender) as main system antivirus, such as Avast Free (in Hardened Mode).

Which is your main real-time protection?

Have you enabled WD?

If not please add Avast Free or Bitdefender Free or Panda Free or Kaspersky Free.

Add MalwareBytes Free and ZAM Free.

What browser do you use? Add uBlock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere.

Follow suggestion about backups.
