Where is NotebookBar? I'm not seeing it.

LibreOffice used to make more of a point of calling it NotebookBar (apparently now just notebook bar for less emphasis), but it's just the tabbed and tabbed compact UI.

It won't turn LibreOffice into the latest version of MS Office by any means, but it is more familiar when you're used to the ribbon.
