I have had a lifetime subscription with Malwarebytes for maybe 20 years(haven't used it in a long time) always checked occasionally and was there until recently when I attempt to sign in they are not sending me conformation e-mail, kind of disturbing, has anyone else seen this? Thanks

Hi Dave. The missing confirmation email is concerning, but it doesn’t by itself mean your lifetime licence has been cancelled. Malwarebytes still documents existing lifetime subscriptions, although they are no longer sold and cannot be upgraded or modified like current plans.

Try these in order:

  1. Check Spam/Junk and any provider-level quarantine using webmail, not only your email app.
  2. Search for mail from [email removed] or [email removed], then add those addresses to your contacts/allow-list. Malwarebytes specifically recommends this for missing verification codes.
  3. Request one new code and use only the newest message—codes expire within a few minutes, and several delayed emails can create confusion.
  4. Confirm you are signing in with the exact email address originally registered to the account.

Malwarebytes has a support article for this exact email-delivery problem. If nothing arrives, use the official Malwarebytes support page to open a ticket. Give Support the account email and, privately, any old receipt, order number, or licence key you still have. Do not post the key or verification codes here.

If the lifetime licence is still active on an old computer, I would leave that installation activated until Support resolves the account access. No point pulling the rug out from under the one working copy.

They would never cancel your lifetime license key. If you remember the email address or the service you used to contact Malwarebytes, you can submit a support ticket and ask them to merge your lifetime key into their new licensing system. I recommend visiting the Malwarebytes forums and contacting AdvancedSetup or another expert, who would be more than happy to help you.

Malwarebytes went through a transition to a new licensing system, and I had to have my own lifetime key merged into the new system as well. They were able to help me, so I’m confident they can assist you with yours, too. There’s no need to worry just reach out to their support team, and they should be able to guide you through the process. Go to the forums they will help you resolve the issue. https://forums.malwarebytes.com/

@Dave Russo
Happened to me when i was on windows, i've too a lifetime licence, i was in the same trouble, i 've requested multiple time the email confirmation, and i receive these emails after several hours, about ten email confirmations and still unable to connect because of expirated time of the code, so like @nickstar1 said, a mail to the support solve my problem.
