Are you using multiple real-time protection? Since multilayering of security software may cause trouble, I think that it is better to make it as simple as possible.

@Lilchevo1609: You config will remains in Caution until You turn on OS File Reputation (SmartScreen) and add an Image System Backup solution (consider to use Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper, both free and reliable).

Please clarify the resident protections enabled in Real-Time Malware protection filed. Windows Defender is not an on demand scanner, so remove it from that field.

Also, You may consider to add as on demand scanners: ZAM Free, Norton Power Eraser and EmsiSoft Emergency Kit.
