Hello again! It's been a while since I needed help and now I'm back. I have a Dell desktop that my husband used at work to connect to internet only. When he brought the computer home it was infected with many popups and redirects. I was able to clear up all the problems on the computer, but have not felt 100% satisfied that it was completely clean and so we only use it occasionally to go on the internet. Now my HP computer has died and I need to use this one (Dell desktop). Today, I noticed two desktop icons: "Live PC Help" and "Thickness." I googled "Live PC Help" and find that it is a virus and needs to be removed. I need help with the removal so I don't mess up the computer. I've also googled "Thickness" and can't find anything on this so not sure what to do. Is it a virus also? Is it legit? Any help you can offer in removing the Live PC Help virus could be greatly appreciated.
