Advice Request Local Time Leak

I'm use vpn & Chrome browser.
Disable Flash & WebRTC.
But my local time leaked ( I think it's something by javascript - Correct me if I'm wrong )
and my Question is :
How to prevent local time leak?

Which VPN service and whether it's browser or desktop based?

I'm disable webRTC with ublock origin and test it on multiple websites without problem.

I thought it was the local IP (therefore disabling WebRTC or using a desktop VPN client would resolve this); I am not sure about local time.

Agree with @Wave, WebRTC has nothing to do with local time.

Not being funny but you may as well just use Tor... Tor Project: Anonymity Online

I use it sometimes but in my country ( not what i said in bio ) internet speed is too low and if i use tor it's transform to horrible speed!!!
