looking for a program for a strong login w10 & 7

i'm looking for a free or paid security login program for my w7 and windows 10 both 64bit

i don't want to replace w7 and w10 login but add a security laywer
in short a tought login program program that can 't be hacked

any advises are very wellcome

there are several utility , that you can burn or create an usb key , and change the login password or reset

is password protect a good one?
is it 100% free?
and there are no issue with antivirus like eset, avira , avast or kaspersky
for now i use smart security pro "eset"

Keyscrambler pro will encrypt your login password when you type it in. That's what I remember, anyways.

1. Yes it's free. Check the website.
2. When I was still using it I did not have any antivirus solution on my system, so I guess you have to figure it out yourself or contact the developer.
