Removed Intenet Security Pro exactly following steps listed at malwaretips.com/blogs/internet-security-pro-2013-virus Successfully removed Internet Security Pro but upon reboot, unable to use any context menu ie no shortcuts, folders, copy, paste, etc. This occurs on Destop as well as in all drives. Upon right click the folder, file, or application opens only. Additionally, placed the owner folder (Folder used as the User) on the Desktop. Do not know if this is a shortcut or the entire folder as there is no way the get to the property menu. Suspect that registry key was deleted in the process of using RK Killer. Did not muck about in the registy as I am now seeking professional help to restore correctly the registry for context menu.
