Kuttus - Thank you for taking the time to respond to my request. Have not attempted a system restore as yet since all other functions are available except a stable context menu. The context menu is ,however, briefly available within the first 2 1/2 minutes after reboot but then becomes unavailable after closing the menu following an initial attempt to enter either a desktop shortcut or folder. Uniquely, there is not a registery key for NoViewContextMenu (I only looked - did not remove or attempt to create) thus eliminating the issue to set either 0 = Disabled / 1 = Enabled for NoViewContextMenu within the registry. All traces of the Internet Security Pro 2013 virus (Original cause of this thread) are gone after numerous reboots and scans by Ariva, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, stinger, and Microsoft MRT. Unless I am not comprehending the extent of the Internet Security Pro virus, the difficulty is one that can currently be worked around albeit not optimum by using pull down menu within explorer and foregoing desktop add-ons. Any recommendations or thoughts?
