I would change Windows defender and binisoft for something like avast free ( hardened mode ) and comodo firewall with cruelsistets setting because they are far superior to what you are utelizing right now . The rest looks ok to me ;)
Hmm.. If he was an advanced user, no need to install another av. But if he was a normal user, he should install avast(Hardened Mode:Aggresive) :)

I suggest adding HitmanPro and Zemana as scanners just to be sure nothing slips through WD unnoticed, looks a solid and light config to me though!

Thanks for reply, ok let us say i am a kind of advanced user, i have no problem with Avast but i am finding out some light settings, also WFC is giving me a full apps control to connect internet.

Consider adding an additional on demand scanner(s).
Consider backing up important data to an external dive also.
