Hi @Shadowra , it's been almost 2 years now since you have tested Vipre Advanced Security. Can you please re-test and post the latest results? After Kaspersky ban, thinking of switching to Vipre as I have one lifetime license key that I got years back. So planning to replace Kaspersky with Vipre. Thanks.

have you tested G Data lately. Just curious. Looks like it runs heavy in AV-C april 2024 test.

I was in the hospital when you first posted this -- that's why I missed it...

Hi friend @Shadowra, is there any chance you can test in the near future the latest version of Microsoft Defender? By latest version I mean the last build for Windows 11. This build includes the "Application Control" module called SMART APP CONTROL. You'll have to enable it first.

Looking forward to seeing how solid this Defender version is!

Thanks in advance.

F-Secure vs 100 malware scripts
OK then, how about F-Secure vs between 5 and 15 malware scripts? Collecting this quantity of fresh malicious scripts should be possible. Hopefully, a cross section of wscript, powershell, and other common script types - but you have to use what is available on your malware feeds.

I think it is an important test so that F-Secure users can be fully informed. @Shadowra understands what I am getting at.

Thank You

Only on a clean install, or a Reset, if we haven't disabled it, or Windows didn't deem us to be worthy of Evaluation mode. At least as far as I know.

And just a reminder, if you take yourself out of Evaluation mode into On, you won't be able to go back to that setting, and will only have On and Off as the options.
