Scrap iobit defrag iobit in general is trash I only use them because they catch a few drivers I cannot find myself.
Pickup Defraggler instead.
Reg cleaners are usually not needed in 99% of cases if they are use ccleaner its safer than what you use imho
Try out a secure dns service such as comodo or norton
Try out vanillacookiemanager to autodelete cookies you dont have in the whitelist
Last note make sure that chrome is set to click to play to prevent drive-bys etc.

Thanks Umbra :D Defraggler is slow and ineffective so i don't use it.

use windows built-in defragger, anyway even you use a 3rd party defragger , windows will automatically rearrange some blocks.
