Malware

Hello.

I've got infected by a malware, but I'm not sure if it even bothers me. My Avast keeps popping http://gyazo.com/863192c185cdbeb2ef6b31bc2aebd207 up and I have no idea if it's running.
Nothing on processes in Task Manager is up and Malware bytes doesn't find anything.

So I still want to remove it but I have no idea where it is since nothing finds it.
