Very good configuration there, but this suggestion is optional; still a strong configuration type basis.

Scanners: Leave two starters like MBAM and HMP then the rest are stored at USB or External HDD in case of emergency.
Realtime Protection: MBAE, BTS and Zemana Antilogger.

Sandboxie is another good choice so better to stick to it. VoodooShield can be remove since you have already UAC on + BTS can handle well on detection.

Whoa! Does Bitdefender Total Security slow down your computer? Seems lots of security software

You have a very good and strong config.
My only suggestion is to add a second browser ( chromium based ) in case you have a problem with Firefox.
