I think malwarebytes should have a cloud it would improve the detections but it should not be all cloud based please like if you think it is true

yes, nowadays is always important the cloud to improve detection .
but they have advanced heuristic scan, called - "shuriken".

A cloud engine is good to prevent malware, but it wouldnt be so usefull to clean malware unless you want it to report all the files in your computer.
