I usually deactivate my license through the login portal you can reset it automatically if you wish to transfer Malwarebytes premium to another computer.

Nope, good for a lifetime, 2008 to now, 2020 is 12 years, that is what he was referring to.
Yes, just deactivate on old computer first.
No, they're good for as long as we're still in business. I was simply pointing out that so far 12 years is a long time and it was a good investment at the time.
Yep, as @Digmor Crusher said. Simply deactivate from the old computer first. Then install on new computer and activate and away you go.
