I have firewall in Webroot SecureAnywhere, so I use only Antivirus in Sophos.

no no. Webroot SA firewall is not a true firewall. it is just a feature that monitors outgoing connections and check if malicious.

You still need a Firewall. at least Windows Firewall.

MalwareCentre, Why are you using ArcaVir Internet Security 2013 with it's terrible detection rate if you don't mind me asking?

The realtime protection is disabled, I use only Firewall.
I'm using it for scanning malware packs

Can you feel the speed in normal operations again? No boot delay, no downloading or web browsing slow downs.
