McAfee scam pop up removal

Hi, I have tried 5 free malware removal programs (to no avail to remove the spoof McAfee popup (Malwarebytes, adwcleaner, HitmanPro, Zemana AntiMalward, CCleaner). The popup says it scanning my computer, then another popup comes up saying Something is Wrong, contact us and options. I do not have McAfee, nor never had. I tried the removal through my Chrome browser allowing push notifications and it is off. I did a reset of this too. I blocked all from McAfee. No good, every time I reboot my computer it pops up. There is no visible trace of anything from McAfee. Ideas Please??
