FAQ:

Q: Why do you use Trend Micro all the time?
A: I believe that the protection for me is enough. I rarely go to any bad sites and ones that are bad I end up doing it on a VM.

Q: What phone do you have?
A: Currently it's the iPhone 11 Pro

Q: What do you do on your computer?
A: I work from home, so most of the time it's work. I do tend to play games and listen to music in my down time.

Sorry my mistake. I do use an adblocker. Updated post.
I haven't had any issues with them. Plus great savings :)
Okay, just be aware of the potential/hypothetical risk:
In the end, I found that the Honey browser extension gives its server very far reaching privileges, but I did not find any evidence of these privileges being misused.
Now I see three adblockers listed. I hope you don't use them together. One (and IMO uBlock Origin out of those three) should be enough.
