My daughters / son-in-laws 365 premium business account has been inaccessible for a two weeks due to unresolvable issues with MS's authentication system, despite several phone calls to MS & promises of retuned calls which went from 3 working days, then 5 working days then 2.5 hours on hold to states yesterday, she is still waiting to have the problem solved - MS really have been way beyond useless with this ongoing issue.

Outlook mail is the worst among the five email providers I have subscribed to.
