Microsoft Account vs Local Account - Windows 10

I use both.

On SUA : MS account because it is convenient and i can sync with my other devices.
On admin account: Local, because internet connections are reduced to the strict minimum.

Switched from Microsoft to Local account. Still able to download certain Windows Store apps.

I currently use a Local Account, and have no problem with it. I'm always connected to a domain so Windows 10 I use a Local Account and Windows 10 Enterprise I use a domain account.
