Good riddance (it only took 20 years of being on the Microsoft deprecation list):
  • PowerShell 2.0
  • Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line (WMIC)

Already manually removing both with every Windows install.
Microsoft has been saying for decades "Just because we ship it with Windows does not mean that it should be enabled and used." It just doesn't say it to the people that need to hear and practice it (least functionality) the most.

One of the most asinine and irresponsible comments that I've seen online is "If it is shipped with Windows, then it should not be (never) disabled."

With fresh install, I scan the whole things: settings, control panel, services; any unnecessary component for may daily activity I get it removed, especially those which increase the attack surface area.
It has to be indvidualized according to each user activities.
