Me too; useless; I reinstall from usb.

I need it to enable AOMEI boot recovery.

I was at the uni and all of a sudden I started experiencing multiple BSODs. I did not have a USB stick and I could not restore a system backup.

By having a recovery partition, I enable AOMEI Boot recovery without the need for a USB stick.
