Because Windows mobile apps and its framework is dead and Candy crush won't update its framework on dead OS, so naturally its removed.

It would be ideal if Windows 10 offered a minimal installation option at the beginning of every clean install like some Linux distros are doing. If I wanted Candy Crush Saga or Cooking Fever i'd install those myself...but sadly I don't.
