I have choose "simplewall" portable first but not running always, no at startup.

Minimal firewall looks nice; have you tried it?

Agree.
Trying it right now; it is a mix between simplewall and windows firewall control; it ads rules directly to windows firewall, not in parallel such as the case of simplewall.

Simplewall is very good, but I don't like running it as an administrator. I don't use an administrator account for everyday use, so for me it's a disadvantage. On the web, I only browse using my own account standard.

It is using 84 MB of RAM compared to less than 5 by simplewall; I am going to delete.

i removed it, because i have too much trouble configuring it, too many restrictions!!!!

It's pretty annoying at first, but I managed to do it. See the image below. I believe you use some scripts that you need and that interfere with its use. My use is basic, so there aren't many blockages. It's very rare, and it's even an exaggeration for me to use Windows Hybrid Hardening Light because I already have an AV.
