I'm not sure how to add OTL or aswMBR to this post, but I have followed all the steps in the "Remove Mixi DJ Toolbar" on MalwareTips and I still can't get rid of the Mixi DJ. Every time I open google chrome, a tab for Mixi DJ opens with targeted ads. I must be missing a file somewhere that is related, but I can't figure out where. I've uninstalled all the mixi DJ files from the control panel. In google chrome I removed Mixi DJ from the search engine list, the extensions, and reset the defaults. I also ran scans with adwCleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and HitmanPro. The first two removed some files, the last one found no threats, and yet Mixi DJ still comes up. Is there somewhere else that a Mixi DJ file might be hiding? Are there any steps that I've missed that might help? Thanks so much for any info you can give me. - Lisa
