AVG IS is ok.Just add Ad blocker like uBlock origin and On-demand Malware Scanner like zemana antimalware Free.Add an extra browser.Data backup is must.Use Macrium Reflect it is free and good for home users.

Another backup option would be AOMEI, you might want to consider adding another layer like anti-exploit or even some anti-exe/isolation in your config.

Yet, another anti-exploit you may consider:

• HitmanPro.Alert - SurfRight

You can try the full version for 30 days which we're doing on my wife's system. We also implemented Jack's recommended set up:

• How to setup HitmanPro.Alert for Maximum Protection (Guide)

.., and particularly like it's encryption for the keyboard.

I see you still do not have any backup software yet i also as above suggest Aomei Backupper or Macrium reflect both are and reliable. If you do not have a portable HDD give Aomei OneKey it will even help create a new partition for you AOMEI OneKey Recovery - easily backup Windows system with A few clicks only

Other then not being a fan of Optimization applications like "WinOptimizer", your config looks good. I would follow @frogboy's advice on the backup software and or portable HHD.
