msiexec.exe still crashing my computer despite using Malwarebytes

Hello and good afternoon.

As mentioned in the removal assistance, I've had a problem with msiexec.exe for a few weeks now and it's really starting to annoy me now. It pops up randomly when I turn on my laptop and crashes it if I don't end the process on task manager before it spikes! I've downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, run a scan and also removed the infected files but the problem still persists.

It would be really helpful if I could receive some assistance on this please. As requested, I have attached the FRST & Addition scans to this post.

Yes sir, at the time I did the scan (2 days ago) it found around 60 something items that were infected & removed them. But since then msiexec.exe has still been popping up for me and crashing my computer. I did find that switching users would sometimes slow down how quickly it pops up, but I still have not found a permanent fix.

Can you attach MalwareBytes report that shows what has been removed?
