When I shut it down it powers fully down and when I turn it on it posts fine. I was working on a clone of the original hard drive (before clean up just in case my troubleshooting didn't work). I put the original hard drive back in and it restarted without issue; however, I only tried this once. For whatever reason it seems like it happened right after using tdsskiller or malwarebytes cleanup, before Sophos, FRST, combofix and adw. Not a big deal though. The computer works. Just need to remember to fully shutdown and not just restart or the computer will just sit there on with a black screen and the fan on. Thanks for your help with the computer.
