I have the same problem with a file called pnglhpa.exe in the emiesitelist folder which is crippling my computer. emiesitelist is hidden in LocalLow and cannot be deleted because it says the file is in use as part of google chrome. Within emiesitelist is ptjwzsea and under that is pnglhpa.exe . Norton screams high usage due to google chrome but google chrome has been uninstalled. So I am following TH Eagle's instructions and getting in line for the beer fund.
