Yes i didnot use it but it's complicated enough generating keys in pgp in youtube videos i've watched. Maybe from signature stuffs but idk. Can u try my program or star project?

On my side in mfg 1.3.6 and 1.3.9 ' Hold Keys ' and ' Settings ' is opening/closing the window only one time after launching ?

Can you get me a video? if you dont close properly, it's normal. Close from RED X button. Meanwhile, Do you think use MFG really? Did you like it?

mfg.zip is portable version.
WARNING!
If you encrypted your files with older version of MFG than 1.3.9.3, You have to set password-iteration rate to 125 before decrypting. Otherwise your files wont be decrypted.

Design Changes:

I fixed some bugs, RSA-3072 Added and recommended.

i had a notepad program that provides AES Encryption before, it decrypts data in memory and dont writing to disk (Writing to disk is on to user). That reduces risk of stealers but by some reason, i cancel project. I may program this more advanced in future. But Multron File Guardian is a choice too, it will protect your data if you dont decrypt when stealer's on your system.

Yes i also made this tool. Now it's more advanced, It has all symmetric options Multron File Guardian Have.

Authentication method Encrypt-then-MAC (HMAC-SHA512) added, Avoids unwanted data losses/Compromises.

Salts are generated random now. (WARNING: If you encrypted your files with older version, please firstly decrypt them with version you have currently and update to newest version) | Security Update

What's changed since last shared version:

PBKDF2 Changed to Argon2id, More resisstance to brute force attacks (Since PBKDF2 is obsolote, it's removed from program, so if you're about upgrade you have to decrypt files with version you have currently)

Shredding file after operation property added (You can on/off it,, off by default, Its passes 6 times on each file after operation)

Screen Protection settings added (Prevents MFG from catched in captures, It uses Windows DRM FLAG)

SM4 Algorithm added.
