Sorry, late to post my 2022 resolution, Basically, some of the items already posted previously. Only left out the camera, tripod and accessories which I'll post later
1) Added a 27-inch LG UltraFine Display Ergo 4K monitor for vertical display use.
2) Protection of household electricals/electronics
- Changed the 30+ year old circuit breaker box and added a 40KA Surge Protector Device (SPD). This is level 2 whole-house surge protection.
- For level 3 surge protection at the point-of-use, I bought 2xUPS and 2xPM8-UK SurgeArrest 8 outlets power strips from APC
- UPS meant for continuous power supply to router, modem, hubs, ip cameras, safety detectors etc
- SurgeArrest surge-protected power strips for AV equipment, laptop, PC etc
3) Changed my 30+ year old CARRIER System 4 R22 spoil aircon to the new MITSUBISHI Starmex System 4 R32 aircon
4) Set up a Home Monitoring and Surveillance System using EUFY 2K video doorbell, 2K ip cameras and motion detectors
5) Bought the CANON R5 C (for 8K@50fps) camera and completed the video rig setup with fluid video head, tripod and accessories. See below pictures

6) On the health front, took the 4th jab for covid vaccination
